Sea Blue Two is the identical twin sister house to Sea Blue One. Aside from the houses location slightly back and to the side of Sea Blue One, the houses are identical. An intricate woodcarving on the back wall is the only clue of the elegance and design that await you once you step around to the front and see this house from the beach. The entire structure is built upon stilts. A massive sloping roofline, in the very best tradition of Thai architecture, reaches a pinnacle nearly above the tree line. The roof neatly covers the entire ocean view veranda, which completely wraps around both sides of the house. The entranceway, in the middle part of the veranda, opens fully to face the sea. Inside this spacious house, the attention to detail is what really sets Sea Blue Two apart. The intricate woodcarving, seen from the back, forms the centrepiece for the inside back wall. Rather than simple openings for air circulation, Sea Blue Two incorporates this unique hand crafted work of art that functions as a screen with its fine cuts and minute openings. Two night tables with lamps adorn either side of the king size bed. Both sidewalls have floor to ceiling windows that open up to the veranda on either side. Authentic Thai art decorates the walls. Dark stained hard wood floors complete this refined and elegant sleeping quarter. The open-air bathroom makes use of the finest materials with more hand carved wood and liberal amounts of granite. It includes all of the amenities that would be expected from a house of this caliber.
