About Golden Buddha's Yoga and Spa Package

Hosted by one of our skilled yoga professionals, participants from beginners to experienced Yogis alike will find our gentle hands-on guidance an inspiration and their Yoga advanced to a higher level. Offering morning and afternoon group instruction, incorporating fluid sequences while synchronizing breath with movement. Golden Buddha Beach teaches Yoga to “both stimulate and restore energy levels whilst instilling an inner harmony and sense of balance and strength”. You will find this a good investment in your current and future well being. 

With Thailand 's rich history of natural healing, your holiday also includes spa treatments to relax the body, sooth the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit. You will enjoy a Thai Ayurvedic massage which uses the thumbs and palm pressure to relieve muscular tension in specific points in the body. In addition you will enjoy the long firm palm strokes and warming qualities of an Aromatherapy oil massage (2 massages, 90 minutes each in your own private house).
