Sea Breeze Bar

Our open-air Sea Breeze bar blends perfectly with the remote island location with splendid views of the Andaman Sea looking directly west toward the setting sun. It is only too easy to imagine sea pirates dropping in for a drink before drifting back out to sea.

Alas, sea gypsies are the only locals on the island, and their tipple is not in keeping with our select bar menu; however, the head man from Tapayoi does enjoy a Chang beer a couple of evenings every week until his retirement. We offer a wide range of local and international cocktails, beers and spirits. We also stock a small selection of quality new world wines.

Our bar staff specialise in preparing fresh fruit-based drinks with or without spirits. These vary seasonally, but we have fresh pineapple, coconuts and watermelon the whole year. Later in the dry season those long, yellow, intensely sweet mangoes are available and combine with Thai rum for delicious refreshment after a day in the sun.

Freshly baked cookies, coffees and teas are available at our cafe throughout the day. The fresh coffee is mainly sourced from highland plantations in Thailand. In addition, we maintain an assortment of both locally produced and imported teas. A satellite internet link is available for wireless connection to your personal laptop. Browser function is essential to log-in to the service provided by Meraki.  We also provide one computer for guest use.

Internet usage is charged at 6 baht/minute. As one might imagine on such a remote island the internet service is not 100% reliable and may not be available at times; however, it is important for our business and we endeavor to have it function during the day whenever power is available.
