Description:
When it comes to a family style home for those with young children, Baan Metha is nothing short of perfect. From the open interior design to the home's secure location, Baan Metha has consistently been a top recommendation for families staying at Golden Buddha.

Although technically built on stilts, Baan Metha is less than one meter off the ground. This makes the railing around most of the wrap around veranda more a convenience than a necessity. The entire front of this spacious home and both side walls are on louvered doors that open up to the veranda.

The interior living area is both spacious and stylish with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Only the kitchenette in the far left corner breaks the continuity of vast open living space. Opposite the kitchenette is the downstairs bedroom complete with two single beds and private access to the bathroom.

The spacious bathroom, also accessible from the main living area, is adorned with more natural wood and aqua green ceramic tile. Keeping with the theme of the rest of the house, the bathroom is both stylish and large with all the expected amenities.

Upstairs, the master bedroom's most striking feature is the 360 degree view provided by a continuous row of windows on all four sides. A king size bed is positioned in the center of the room.

Recommendations:
Luxury Sea View Houses, like Baan Metha, have proven to be the best type of accommodation for families with young, curious children (for safety reasons, some families prefer not to be located directly on the beach). Baan Metha, however, is only a couple of minute's walk from the beach. It is also conveniently located near our restaurant, boutique, and café, yet far enough away to offer complete privacy. This house is well protected from the elements and is an excellent choice year round.
