Experience a one-of-a-kind rejuvenating Yoga island holiday at Golden Buddha Beach Resort. Comprised of 20 unique and individually designed beach houses, our resort is located on a remote tropical island in Thailand 's Andaman Sea. The pristine natural beauty and tranquility offered by our location allow Yoga to be enjoyed in a setting rarely available elsewhere.

Hosted by one of our skilled yoga professionals, participants from beginners to experienced Yogis alike will find our gentle hands-on guidance an inspiration and their Yoga advanced to a higher level. Offering morning and afternoon group instruction, incorporating fluid sequences while synchronizing breath with movement. Golden Buddha Beach teaches Yoga to “both stimulate and restore energy levels whilst instilling an inner harmony and sense of balance and strength”. You will find this a good investment in your current and future well being. 

With Thailand 's rich history of natural healing, our holiday also includes spa treatments to relax the body, sooth the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit. Each participant will enjoy both a Thai Ayurvedic massage and an aromatherapy oil massage (2 massages, 90 minutes each in your own private house).

This 7 day 6 night package includes a private beach house, meals, twice daily yoga sessions, and the above mentioned spa treatments as well as ground transportation from Phuket's International Airport. The total cost per person, double occupancy is $798 USD**.  Some houses have two ensuite bedrooms (bedrooms with a private bath room) thus are ideal for friends to share yet have individual privacy too.   This complete package with a beach front house is available for $948 USD** per person, double occupancy.  Extra nights with lunch and dinner from $112/night for sea view house and $167/night for a beach front house.

* Lunch and dinner included - authentic Thai cuisine; fresh locally sourced vegetarian selections as well as fresh seafood. Breakfast is not included in package price. Breakfast is an all inclusive meal with Thai, European, and American selections priced at 250 Thai Baht per person with coffee, tea or juice.
